The organization is designed as a place where women from the IT profession can seek, share and find information and knowledge from the IT field.
Why was the company WIN Ltd founded?
Our human civilization rests on three basic elements, namely:
- natural resources of the globe,
- relations between people and communities / organizations of people,
- and economy.
Our activities
WIN's activity will be focused on the parallel satisfaction of all three elements:
- respecting sufficiency and conservation of resources,
- participation in social processes that improve the quality of relations and participate in the development of the economy,
- through the spheres of application of achievements in IT technology and knowledge,
- and all this through the sharing economy.
Why should women be more represented in the IT industry?
Because women are just as capable, educated and creative as their male colleagues.
Because they can and should contribute to the development of science and practice.
Because they can and should participate in the creation and sharing of newly created additional value.
Why at this time?
The health and economic crisis has affected and is likely to continue to affect hard many businesses and cause many difficulties, but at the same time provide new opportunities for the creation and development of new products, services or processes.
We should all learn from the COVID-19 experience and try to adapt to new working and living environment in a sustainable way, with an approach that is acceptable to people and the environment.
